NatureGlo’s eScience Refund & Cancellation Policy
At NatureGlo’s eScience, we are honored to support your homeschooling journey through our interdisciplinary curriculum. Because we operate as a registered vendor for state-funded programs, we adhere to the following policy:
1. ESA / EFA / ClassWallet Sales are Final
All purchases made through state-funded marketplaces or via ClassWallet are final and non-refundable.
- Due to the administrative and technical restrictions of Education Savings Account (ESA) and Educational Freedom Account (EFA) programs, we are unable to process refunds, credits, or reversals once an order has been approved.
- This policy applies to all registered states, including Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, New Hampshire, and South Carolina.
2. Pre-Purchase Review
To ensure our curriculum is the right fit for your student, we highly encourage parents to review the Course Syllabi and the NatureGlo’s eScience Classwallet Marketplace Buyer’s Guide before committing state funds.
3. Course Access & Technical Support
Access to digital curriculum is granted immediately upon marketplace approval. If you experience any technical issues accessing your student portal in GrooveMember, please contact Gloria Aimee Brooks at gloriabrooks@natureglosescience.com for assistance.
